BROCCOLI CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Saltine crackers (12 single squares)
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

TOPPING:

1/4 c. Saltine crumbs (6 single squares)
butter

Combine and turn into a greased casserole, sprinkling with topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
