PORK CHOPS AND PEPPERS | |
1 clove garlic, chopped 2 tbsp. olive oil 6 pork loin chops Salt and pepper 1 tbsp. tomato paste 2 tbsp. broth or water 2 sweet peppers, cut in strips 1/3 lb. fresh mushrooms Brown garlic in oil and discard. Brown chops well in same oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato paste, diluted with broth or water, peppers and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until desired tenderness. If need, add broth or water if sauce becomes to thick. |
