1 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
dash of prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. crushed saltines
milk (to mix well)

Combine sirloin and sausage. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into an oblong shape and place into a loaf pan. Spread "Mustard Sauce" (recipe follows) and a little ketchup on top.

Mustard Sauce:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. mustard

Combine brown sugar and mustard and mix well.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
