1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. minced onion
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Oregano & garlic powder to taste

Mix above ingredients. Put 1/2 of mixture in loaf pan and press it down. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top of bottom layer. You may also put a layer of mushrooms or pepperoni on top of cheese. Put the rest of the meat mixture on top. Press down around edges. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Take foil off for last 15 minutes.
