SPICY RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
1 c. raisins
1 3/4 c. water
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar

Rinse raisins. Add water and boil for 5 minutes. Blend sugar, cornstarch, spices and salt. Add to raisins and cook, stirring until clear and thickened. Blend in butter and vinegar. Serve hot.
