RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
1 c. raisins
1 3/4 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 14/ tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar

Boil raisins and water for 5 minutes. Mix dry ingredients. Add to raisin mixture. Cook 15 minutes. Stir in butter and vinegar. Yield 2 cups.
