SPICY COUNTRY FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

Combine first 5 ingredients in plastic or paper bag. Combine milk and egg and mix well. Place 2 to 3 pieces of chicken in bag, shake well. Dip chicken in egg mixture, return to bag, shake again. Repeat with remaining chicken. Fry until golden brown. Turn once.
