CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. baking chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
Additional powdered sugar

Heat the butter, milk and chocolate in a 1 1/2 quart pan until chocolate is melted. Mix thoroughly in pan. Add the 1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add the vanilla and mix in. Mix in some additional powdered sugar until the right consistency for spreading - can be warmed up a little if "sets" too quickly while using.

If using jimmies, etc., sprinkle on immediately after frosting, before frosting sets. This frosting will cover a 9 x 13 inch cake or brownies in the pan, 24 cupcakes or a batch of eclairs. "Travels" well after set - great for "take-to- school" treats!
