BISHOP CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. coconut
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Nuts & cherries

Bake cake in 11 x 19 inch cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Beat pudding and cream cheese, spread on cake. Sprinkle coconut on pudding. Drain the pineapple and put on over coconut. Spread Cool Whip at room temperature. Can be decorated with nuts and cherries.
