CRAB DELIGHT 
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (1 lb.) can crabmeat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. shrimp (peeled and boiled)
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Saute celery, onion and green peppers in butter until tender. Add flour; blend. Add milk slowly; cook, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil. Add seasonings and crabmeat; pour into greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes; serve hot.
