1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 sm. jar peanut butter
1 box Crispix cereal
1 box confectioners sugar
1 lg. brown paper bag (grocery size)

In large bowl melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter in microwave on HIGH for approximately 1 minute. Add Crispix and mix well. Put confectioner sugar in bag; add cereal mixture. Take bag outside and shake until cereal is well coated with sugar. Store in airtight container.
