1 1/2 lbs. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar

Combine first six ingredients; pack lightly into loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour. Combine last three ingredients. Spoon over ham loaf and bake 30 minutes more, spooning glaze over several times. Last five minutes, top with orange segments and brush with glaze. Serve extra glaze with meat loaf if desired.
