ORANGE SAUCE FOR HAM 
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. seedless raisins
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
Juice and grated peel of 1/2 lemon

Blend sugar and flour. Add water. Cook over slow heat until smooth and thick. Add raisins and other ingredients. Cook slowly 15 more minutes. Pour over cooked ham slices.
