ORANGE SAUCE FOR HAM 
2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1 1/4 tsp. spicy brown mustard

Combine orange juice and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir until cornstarch is dissolved. Bring mixture to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add orange marmalade and mustard, stir until smooth. Pour over ham.
