HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can peach halves
1 lg. can pear halves
1 lg. can pineapple slices
1 lg. can spiced red apple rings
1 sm. bottle cherries
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter

In saucepan mix sugar, orange juice, flour and butter. Cook until thick as heavy cream, stirring constantly.

Drain all fruit well. Arrange fruit in layers (a flat casserole dish is best). Scatter apple rings in each layer for color. Put cherry in pineapple slices. Pour sauce over fruit. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 12.
