BROILED CRAB OPEN FACE SANDWICH 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained & flaked
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of salt
3 English muffins, split & toasted & buttered

Mix together crab and mayonnaise -- set aside. Beat together cream cheese, egg yolks, onion, mustard and salt until smooth and creamy. Spread toasted muffin halves with butter, then with crab mix. Top with cream cheese mix. Place on baking sheet and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until top is bubbly and golden.
