1 3/4 c. strained mashed cooked yams or sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. canned milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. melted butter

Mix and bake 45 to 55 minutes. Oven temperature at 425 degrees.
