3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Whip all the ingredients until very fluffy. Pour into 9x13-inch dish.
