GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. French cut green beans
4-8 slices bacon
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lg. onion
8 oz. can mushrooms
Parmesan cheese

Cook green beans and drain. Cook chopped bacon. Drain and reserve about 2 tablespoons grease. Saute chopped onion about 5 minutes.

Mix together beans, bacon, soup, onion and mushrooms. Put in casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 6.
