BREADED ASPARAGUS 
1 can asparagus
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
4 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. salt

Drain asparagus, chop eggs. Melt butter. Mix in flour and salt. Add milk and cook until thickened; add chopped eggs. Alternate layers of asparagus, bread crumbs and sauce, having bread crumbs for last layer in a 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
