ITALIAN PIZZELLES 
1 doz. eggs
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. butter (1 lb.)
1 tsp. anise oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. salt
Approx. 3 lb. flour (12-13 c.)

Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat well. Add butter which has been melted and cooled. Add flavoring then flour and salt; mix well. Make dough ball about 1 inch.
