GARLIC CHICKEN - N - POTATOES 
Chicken thighs, boneless
Potatoes, cut in quarters
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning
Parsley
Paprika
Pepper

Lay chicken and potatoes (intermingle) in large cake pan. Melt butter and pour over chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle seasoning over them (heavy) and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until potatoes are done and chicken skin is crispy. Baste every 15 minutes.
