ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil, scant
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Lawry's season salt
Pepper to taste
4 c. zucchini, sliced

Mix all ingredients except zucchini. Combine with zucchini and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered, and 30 minutes uncovered in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
