BEEF BRISCUIT 
4 to 6 lbs. beef briscuit

Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours in a 350 degree oven. Drain off fat. Then cover with sauce. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Baste often.

SAUCE:

2 c. ketchup
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. liquid smoke

Scrape off sauce; cool. Then slice thinly.
