BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
Garlic to taste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
7 c. uncooked noodles
6 green onion tops
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 - 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown beef in butter. Add spices and the tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cook noodles and drain. Add the cream cheese, sour cream and chopped green onion tops. Put layer of meat in casserole; then a layer of noodle mix. The remainder of meat mix and then the remainder of noodle mix. Top with grated cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
