BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. noodles
12 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper

Cook noodles according to package. Drain, put noodles in bottom of 9x13x2 inch casserole. Blend softened cream cheese and sour cream together until fairly smooth. Add onion, saute beef until it is lost pink color. Add salt, pepper and sugar. Add tomato sauce.

Spread cream cheese mixture over noodles. Add sauce over cream cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow 1 hour to cook if it has been refrigerated. Serves 8-10.
