"BIG LADY" COLLARDS 
2 lg. ham hocks
1 lg. red or green pepper
Vinegar
Accent
Bunch of collard greens
4 slices of fat back

Wash and clean ham hocks. Bring to boil in the pot of your choice by cooking on medium heat, after you have added enough water to cover your ham hocks. Add 1/4 cup of vinegar.
