1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. mandarin juice
1 can mandarin oranges

Beat cake mix, eggs, and orange juice and vanilla; then add the oranges, beat until pieces are small. Put in pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 box instant pudding
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 lb. Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients, whip and serve on cake. Yield: 24.
