AMBROSIA SUPREME CAKE 
1 lemon supreme cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (undrained)

Icing:

1 small can coconut
1 (10 oz.) pkg. no-bake cheesecake filling
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix all cake ingredients. Pour in 4 (9-inch) pans.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool in pans.

For icing, mix all ingredients except Cool Whip. Fold in Cool Whip after mixing other ingredients. Spread between layers and over cake. Refrigerate.
