HAM AND EGG BRUNCH 
6 slices white bread, cubed
1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stick butter

Toss cubed bread and ham in lightly buttered 9x13 pan, distributing evenly. Sprinkle cheese over bread mixture.

Beat eggs until foamy. Add milk, mustard, salt and Worcestershire sauce and pour over cheese and bread mix. Dribble butter over top. Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 5-10.
