EGG AND HAM BRUNCH 
7 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. precooked ham, cubed
1/2 lb. Colby cheese, cubed
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Grease a 9x13 inch Pyrex dish. Mix bread and ham and put in the dish. Over that, put the cheese. Mix the eggs, milk, mustard, and salt; and then pour over the bread, ham, and cheese. Drizzle the melted butter over it all. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Uncover the next morning and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Let stand, covered, a little while before serving.
