CHEESY POTATOES 
1 bag frozen hash browns
1 stick butter
1/2 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. Velveeta (cubed)
Crushed corn flakes

Put potatoes in casserole dish and set aside. Saute butter and onion, then add can of soup. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour over potatoes and mix. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top with melted butter poured over top. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.
