BANANA ICE CREAM SANDWICH 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant banana pudding mix
1 1/4 c. milk
2 c. Cool Whip
16 Keebler honey graham crackers

In small bowl, combine pudding and milk. Mix on low speed of mixer until thickened, about 2 minutes. Chill until set, about 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spread 1/3 cup pudding mixture on eight graham crackers. Top with remaining 8 crackers. Wrap sandwiches in plastic wrap. Freeze until firm. (You may substitute your favorite flavor of pudding).
