Bananas
Sugar and cinnamon mixture
Heavy cream

Peel ripe bananas and wrap in plastic wrap, twisting ends tightly. Store in freezer 4-5 hours.

When ready to serve, cut bananas on diagonal. Sprinkle liberally with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Serve immediately with heavy cream.

Cream freezes almost immediately when poured on bananas.
