PEAR SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 (1 6 oz.) cans pears
Juice from the cans of pears
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Pour half of this mixture into a blender and add cream cheese. Blend. Pour into 8x12 inch pan. Repeat with remainder of mixture and cream cheese. Add pear juice and cut up pears. Fold in Cool Whip. May be topped with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
