4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk

Mix the cocoa, water and butter together in saucepan over low heat. Sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix all dry ingredients; add eggs and buttermilk. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool to frost. This amount is for a small cake pan.
