BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 pie shell
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 c. half & half
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. salt

Arrange broccoli over pastry. Spread cheese and bacon on top. Combine half & half with eggs. Add salt. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8-10.
