BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
3 c. shredded Swiss cheese (12 oz.)
3 eggs
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
Salt and pepper

Grease pie plate. Rinse broccoli under cold water; drain. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, onion in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
