PEACHES 'N CREAM DESSERT 
3/4 c. flour
1 - 4 serving pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
16 oz. peach slices (reserve juice)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

In mixing bowl, stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder. Combine egg, milk and melted butter. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well and spread in a greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Drain peaches and arrange on top of batter. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and juice from peaches. Pour over peaches in pan. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle all over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool.
