CHICKEN ALA DECKER 
Skinless chicken breasts or thighs
2-3 cans mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans milk
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional), cut in smaller pieces
1 lg. can corn bread stuffing or any crumb stuffing (not cubes)

Place chicken in baking pan, fleshy side up. In bowl mix soup, milk, mushrooms, and chestnuts. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
