PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
8 boneless pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
6-8 potatoes, sliced thin
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion, chopped

In a large skillet melt butter. Saute onion until tender. Add chops and brown on both sides. Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (do not add water). Top with sliced potatoes. Cover skillet and cook about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6.
