SUPER MACARONI SALAD 
16 oz. macaroni
1 green pepper
4 carrots, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. vinegar

Cook macaroni in boiling water. Cook until tender, drain and let cool. Blend the remaining ingredients, add the cooked macaroni. Place in large bowl. This keeps for several days.
