MANDARIN PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 med. container Cool Whip

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges (with juice). Pour in greased cake pan and bake as indicated on box of cake mix.

Let cool and punch holes in cake; pour juice from can of pineapple over cake. Mix crushed pineapple and pudding mix with Cool Whip. Serve as icing for cake. Keep refrigerated.
