MICROWAVE SWISS SCALLOPED CORN 
3 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
2 (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Paprika

In 12x8 dish, combine bacon, corn and cheese. Blend in egg, milk, onion powder, pepper, and flour. Cook at MEDIUM HIGH 5-6 minutes; stir once.

Combine bread crumbs, butter and paprika. Sprinkle over corn. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook at MEDIUM HIGH 10-13 minutes. Let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
