MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
16 c. popped corn
Salted peanuts (optional)
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place 16 cups of popped corn in a large grocery bag Combine in a large microwave safe bowl - brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Microwave on full power 1-2 minutes until mixture bubbles. Boil 3 minutes (stirring after each minute). Add vanilla and baking soda, stir well, as it will foam up, and pour over corn in bag. Stir and shake bag to mix well.

1. Microwave High 1 minute, stir.

2. Microwave High 1 minute, stir.

3. Microwave High 30 seconds, stir.

4. Microwave High 30 seconds. Pour on butter wax paper or cookie sheet. Let cool - store in airtight containers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
