CHICKEN ALMONDINE 
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. Almond Delight cereal, crushed
2 chicken breasts, skinned & split

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In shallow dish combine butter and garlic salt. Pour cereal in shallow dish. Dip chicken in butter and coat with cereal. Place chicken on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake 35 minutes. Spoon sweet and sour sauce over chicken and bake 10 more minutes.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. apricot preserves
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
