1 c. peanut butter
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

(No flour in this recipe.) Mix all ingredients. Take a teaspoon of mixture and roll into a ball (between hands). Press half way down. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
