LITTLE KATHY G'S GREAT COOKIES | |
DOUGH: 3 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 c. flour FILLING: 1 tbsp. butter 1 egg 2/3 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. pecans or walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla Cream together and chill for 1 hour. Shape into Swiss balls and form to sides of pan. Fill 2/3 of the way and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with confectioners' sugar. |
