1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice with herbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of celery)
1 can cold water
1 tsp. parsley
dash of curry powder
6 to 8 pieces chicken
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Lightly grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix rice, mushroom soup, chicken soup, water, parsley and curry powder together in casserole dish. Place chicken on top and sprinkle with Lipton onion soup mix. Seal with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 2 1/2 hours. No peeking!
