SPINACH SALAD 
2 pkgs. spinach
4 to 5 slices bacon
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm croutons
4 hard boiled eggs

SAUCE:1 med. onion, chopped1 tsp. salt1 heaping tsp. celery seed1/2 c. cider vinegar2/3 c. sugar1/2 tsp. pepper3 tbsp. yellow mustard1/2 c. Mazola oil:

Mix ingredients for sauce. Wash and drain spinach. Blot between paper towels to dry. Just before serving, add chopped eggs, croutons and crispy bits of bacon and pour over dressing and mix together.
